Voice Disorders & Microlaryngeal Surgery
Persistent hoarseness, change in voice, voice fatigue or difficulty speaking may be associated with vocal cord disorders.
A detailed ENT and laryngeal evaluation helps identify conditions such as vocal cord nodules, polyps, cysts and other laryngeal lesions.
Microlaryngeal Surgery (MLS) may be advised for selected vocal cord lesions. Early evaluation of persistent voice changes is important, particularly when hoarseness continues for several weeks.
Tonsillitis & Tonsillectomy
Recurrent tonsillitis can cause repeated throat pain, fever, difficulty swallowing and enlarged tonsils. In selected patients with frequent or severe episodes, tonsillectomy may be advised.
At Elite Health Care ENT Surgical Centre, tonsil surgery is performed using modern surgical techniques. Coblation may be used in selected cases to assist precise tissue removal and surgical control.
A detailed ENT evaluation helps determine whether surgery is appropriate for the patient.
Snoring & Sleep-Related Breathing Problems
Snoring may occur due to obstruction at different levels of the upper airway, including the nose, soft palate and throat.
A detailed ENT examination helps identify the possible site of airway obstruction. Selected patients may require further assessment for obstructive sleep apnoea.
Treatment depends on the underlying cause and may include medical management, lifestyle measures or surgery in appropriately selected patients.
At Elite Health Care, treatment is planned according to the individual patient's airway evaluation and symptoms.
Oral Cancer Evaluation & Surgery
Oral cancer can affect the tongue, cheek, gums, floor of the mouth and other areas of the oral cavity.
Warning signs may include a mouth ulcer that does not heal, a persistent white or red patch, unexplained bleeding, difficulty swallowing or a lump in the mouth or neck.
Tobacco and related products are important risk factors for oral cancer.
Early evaluation and diagnosis are important. Treatment is planned according to the site and stage of the disease and may include surgery and other oncological treatment when required.
Thyroid, Salivary Gland & Neck Surgery
Neck swellings may arise from the thyroid gland, lymph nodes, parotid gland, submandibular gland or other structures of the neck.
Evaluation may include a detailed ENT examination, imaging and FNAC or other investigations when required.
Surgery may be advised for selected thyroid swellings, salivary gland disorders and other neck conditions depending on the diagnosis.
At Elite Health Care ENT Surgical Centre, patients with neck swellings are evaluated to identify the underlying cause and plan appropriate treatment.
Persistent hoarseness, recurrent tonsillitis, difficulty swallowing, snoring or an unexplained neck swelling should be evaluated by an ENT specialist.
